The Half Moon Music Festival in Ten Mile draws visitors by land and water. Taking place July 11, the event showcases the area’s best talent right on the shores of Watts Bar Lake. So be sure to come out early and stake your claim on the bank or dock your boat in time to catch ever last bit of this enjoyable event.
The Seventh Annual Lauderdale County Tomato Festival in Ripley, to be held today through July 10, features everyone’s favorites, such as a tomato tasting, 5K run, carnival rides, food, crafts and much more. There will also be a gospel music concert held all day featuring local entertainment.
Uncle Dave Macon Days Old-Time Music and Dance Festival makes its way to Murfreesboro today through July 11 for this annual much-anticipated, family-friendly event. Celebrating the heritage of middle Tennessee with two days of highly charged acoustic instrument and dance contests, families and friends are invited to celebrate the life and times of Uncle Dave Macon, one of the first stars in the early days of the Grand Ole Opry. The festival also includes food vendors, arts and craft booths, living history demonstrations, children’s activities and much more.
Have a safe and wonderful weekend!
